Filmmaker Team (Support Filmmakers in all aspects of the festival. Help with Filmmaker coordination: schedules, drivers, hospitality.)

Hospitality (Greets patrons and filmmakers arriving at the festival, matches their record of purchase with the appropriate pass or tickets, conducts new sales of passes/tickets, conducts sale of merchandise)

Housing / Lodging (You have space in your home to host a guest Filmmaker)

Party Team (Work with Festival Staff to coordinate and execute parties)

Promotion (Tabling at the Farmers' Market, Concerts on the Dock, Hanging flyers, other promo as needed)

Photography (Event photography during the Festival)

Set up / Break Down Team (Work with the Production Alliance to set up and break down the Festival)

Tech / Projectionist (Advance meetings with PTFF technical staff for training, runs the projector and sound system during the festival in full or half-day shifts)

Ushering / Theatre Management (Crowd control, ensuring safety and comfort of patrons. Uphold PTFF / venue rules and safety procedures.)
