Dandelion

Fiona Obertinca is an award-winning Swedish-Albanian director whose work has screened in Academy-qualifying film festivals around the world. A recipient of the prestigious Young Director Award, Fiona took home the Gold Prize for her work on Dandelion, and was also one of only ten directors chosen to screen at the CAA Moebius Showcase for the top graduate films in the world. A graduate of the American Film Institute Conservatory, Fiona honed her skills in Hollywood, working as an assistant in the writers' room on projects such as MAX’s Made For Love. She is passionate about mentoring the next generation of filmmakers and teaches screenwriting at Northwestern University’s National High School Institute.
