Louise Woehrle is an award-winning filmmaker and founder of Whirlygig Productions. With over 25 years of experience, she tells deeply human stories that resonate globally. Her latest feature documentary, A Binding Truth (producer/director), airing on PBS, earned multiple domestic and international "Best Documentary" awards. Her filmography includes the Regional "Emmy-winning" short film Grandfather’s Birthday (executive producer) alongside acclaimed feature documentaries Stalag Luft III – One Man’s Story (director/producer), PBS, BUSHIDO (producer), "Golden Apple Award," Sweet Blood (writer/producer), "Best PSA," Native American Film Institute, and Pride of Lions (co-director/producer). Beyond broadcast television, her films serve as educational cornerstones for nonprofits and academic institutions.
