Thank You for Everything.

More than anything else, the Film Festival is a moment when we come together as a community - to applaud the creativity and vision of filmmakers from afar and filmmakers in our midst, to talk with one another about the ideas and emotions their work elicits within us, and to be reminded of the richness of the life experience we’re all sharing. 

YOU make that experience happen. As a sponsor, as a donor, as a volunteer, as Picnic Meal provider, as an audience member who smiled at the person next them at The Rose. It’s all of us together. 

This year seemed particularly full of heart. Thank you!

Board Members

We are searching for individuals that have a passion for our mission and the following qualifications:

  • A robust network of people with whom you are willing to engage in support of PTFF in at least one of the following ways:

    • As attendees

    • As volunteers

    • As donors and/or sponsors 

    • As advocates 

  • Willingness to work within a group to achieve common understanding and shared strategy

  • Interest in long-term planning for the organization

Program Committee Members 

We are searching for individuals that are passionate about film and film festivals and interested in engaging in the following activities to help PTFF Staff identify potential films for the upcoming festival:

  • Internet searching of the programs of other film festivals 

  • Social media and/or website searching of PTFF alumni filmmakers 

  • Attendance of in person and/or virtual festivals 

  • Tracking of contacts and potential films in a shared database

As successful as this year’s festival was, PTFF is struggling to balance our budget. Though attendance and revenue have increased over the past five years, we have not been able to reach the same level of pre-pandemic giving that once supported the operations of the festival. Meanwhile, each and every expense has increased dramatically.
