CELEBRATING PEOPLE OF THE GLOBAL MAJORITY

Photo from A Blinding Truth

Let’s shine a light on the lived experience of People of the Global Majority (PGM).

Is this a new term for you? It’s use is growing, as it is an alternative to other terms which are seen as racialized like “ethnic minority” and “person of color”. Global majority is a collective term for people of Indigenous, African, Asian, or Latin American descents who constitute approximately 85 percent of the global population.
