Doug Blush
Los Lobos Native Sons
Doug Blush is an award-winning director, producer, editor, writer, and cinematographer whose credits span more than 300 film and television projects. A member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and the American Cinema Editors, he has produced or edited Academy Award-winning documentaries including The Elephant Whisperers, Period. End of Sentence., Icarus, and 20 Feet from Stardom. His recent work includes the HBO documentary It's Never Over, Jeff Buckley and the SXSW-premiering Los Lobos: Native Sons. Blush is also a longtime film educator, teaching at USC and leading documentary workshops around the world.
