Piero F. Giunti is an award-winning Los Angeles-based photographer, filmmaker, and curator whose work celebrates the intersection of music, community, and cultural storytelling. He is the creator of A Great Day in East LA®, the largest oral history and portrait project dedicated to the musicians who shaped Los Angeles. His photography has documented artists including Public Enemy, Ice Cube, Tom Morello, Rage Against the Machine, The Black Eyed Peas, Becky G, Los Tigres del Norte, and Caifanes, and has appeared in Vogue, Rolling Stone, Billboard, and SPIN. He has also served as the official photographer and videographer for Los Lobos for the past eight years.
