We are 5 days away from publishing the 2026 Port Townsend Film Festival Program. We are looking forward to sharing the films, forums, and events we will be presenting. We think you will find a superb selection of Documentary and Narrative, feature length and short films. We are grateful for the opportunity to create this experience for you to gather and connect.

Here’s a spotlight on one of this year’s films.
American Pachuco: The Legend of Luis Valdez
From Director David Alvarado, AMERICAN PACHUCO: THE LEGEND OF LUIS VALDEZ chronicles how writer/playwright/director Luis Valdez illuminated the Mexican American experience on stage and screen and transformed the American cultural landscape. Featuring Lou Diamond Phillips, Cheech Marin, labor activist Dolores Huerta, Linda Ronstadt, and Edward James Olmos (who narrates the film, reprising the role of ZOOT SUIT's El Pachuco).
